right by supper rissul and other local attractions. we could easily park onsite. gramado city centre neighborhood is worth seeing. bar e lancheria brezolla, where you can eat, is a few steps away from the hotel.

We had a great stay with spacious and well-equipped rooms including a sink, microwave and mini-fridge. The staff were friendly and kept the hotel clean. The hotel offered a variety of facilities and transportation was convenient. Breakfast had plenty of options, making it a great start to our day.
Nothing to complain about at all.

Great breakfast with a variety of options. The staff was helpful and polite. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and interesting places to visit. The room was comfortable with excellent air conditioning.
The internet connection was weak, and the signal was inconsistent. Noise from the traffic outside interrupted my sleep at night.

The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms with great showers. the breakfast is excellent with a variety of options and they serve it early enough to enjoy a relaxing start to the day. the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to local amenities and attractions.
The hotel needs some maintenance, with some broken facilities and lack of attention to detail in the rooms. the staff doesn't speak other languages besides Portuguese, which may lead to communication problems, and some of them seem uninterested in providing a good service.

The hotel's staff were friendly and the rooms were spacious enough for a family. the breakfast had a decent variety of foods, but it could be crowded later in the morning. There were some small shops and a supermarket nearby, making it easy to buy necessities.
The sauna was closed during low season and parking had an extra charge which was inconvenient.
